Processing Time: Orders received Monday – Friday are processed within 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. Paypal accounts are not required for checkout.
Sales Tax: By law, we must charge sales tax on shipments to all states where we are authorized to conduct business. The appropriate sales tax for your state will be added to your order during the checkout process.
Shipping Information: We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. All products are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We process orders within three business days. We strive to have every item on hand, if there will be a delay, we will contact you via email immediately. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Signatures are not required for our packages and we are not responsible for lost packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address.
Return Policy: Products must be in excellent condition and unopened with a receipt within five (7) days of purchase. Upon receipt of your package, we will issue a credit to be used on your next purchase. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate for the original purchase price. Please be aware that we do not apply credit back to credit cards or through Paypal. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Coupon/Discount Codes: Coupon/Discount Codes may come in the form of a percentage discount, free shipping or a monetary amount. Simply add the product to the shopping cart. When you go to checkout, enter your coupon code in the coupon code box and the discount will be applied to the total. Please be sure to enter the code during checkout. We will not be able to process the code retroactively.
Gift Certificates: We offer gift certificates which may be applied to any purchase through our website. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Privacy Policy: We value our customers and respect their privacy. We collect information in an effort to improve our services and products. We do no sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. Your information is considered private and is strictly confidential. |
